Mountain View Condos - Unit 5604

Positive: Review of Our 2-Night Stay We booked this place for two nights, and overall, it seemed like a great deal. The advertisement included free attraction tickets, which was a big plus. The home was nicely decorated, and when you walk in, you're greeted with a clean, fresh scent from the air fresheners throughout the space. The property manager communicated well, and the location had a nice view and was fairly quiet, which we appreciated. Negative: However, there were several concerns during our stay that should be addressed: What Needs Improvement • The place could really use a deep cleaning. • We didn’t receive a pool pass, which would have been nice, and the jets in the tub did not work. • The biggest issue was the bed linens: • Both beds had dirty sheets and comforters. • The comforters had crusty white spots across them. • The extra blankets in the closet were also dirty. • We immediately had to wash the linens for both beds and since the comforters were too large for the washer, we ended up buying two throw blankets from CVS just so we could sleep comfortably. When you're paying hundreds of dollars for a couple of nights, basic cleanliness-especially clean sheets-should be expected. Guests shouldn't have to worry about washing bedding upon arrival. I hope this feedback helps improve your experience of future guests The place has great potential, but the cleanliness definitely needs attention.

A great place that we would for sure book again! Positive: The condo was just as described! It had a nice view of the mountains. The place was clean and plenty of room to for all of us to spread out.

We enjoyed our stay at Mountainview! The location was perfect. Just off the main drag but feeling like you are away from it all. Perfect for relaxing after a day of touristy stuff. The resort has all the amenities for families with children. The indoor pool was so perfect that even I swam with the Grandbabies. They also enjoyed the playground. This resort was very well thought out. The views, both front and back were amazing. We did not do any cooking, so I cannot comment much on the kitchen supplies, although it looked like they had most everything needed. I would suggest more spoons. 5 of us, so we washed spoons for breakfast and snacks. We would definitely book again, and I recommend the resort.
