Very good stay

Positive: Very good location and well maintained room. Receptive when messaged to my sarn about bed and television. Remote had lost channels and it was my mistake thinking a sleeper sofa when it clearly stated when I went back and checked that it said queen air mattress
Negative: Having to wash towels and washcloths as only given 1 set per occupant. Also, understanding it to be wheelchair accessible but having a low toilet seat, no bars in my bathroom, and finding out we were on third floor and had an emergency happened it would be impossible to get my amputee husband that is wheelchair bound to ground floor. We just said our prayers. Probably my mistake in assuming since number began with 1 that it was bottom floor.
