Unit 2307 - Mountain View Condos

We had a fantastic experience at this condo in Pigeon Forge, TN. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the balcony—it offered stunning views of the mountains and nearby attractions, making mornings and evenings truly special. The location couldn’t have been better! It provided easy access to all the major attractions, dining spots, and entertainment options in the area. Parking was convenient, and getting around was hassle-free. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and clear instructions made the entire process smooth. Overall, this condo is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful views and great accessibility. Highly recommended!

Cleaned exceptionally well- photos were accurate—furniture dated- upholstered chairs well worn. Rooms are large— spacious! Could have been stocked better

Very spacious

The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. We appreciated the space and the ease of which to get to the Mountain View Condos. We had one of our elderly parents with us and the building had everything we could need to help him be comfortable while we stayed.

From leaky doors to wet carpet and mold and rust in the bathrooms, the front door lock never worked correctly. I contacted the host about the lock not working and she told me to pull the handle closer to me when I opening. It would to 10-15 times to get it to open. The last night was 20 degrees and the lock stopped working. 2 hours later and after 3 trips with the maintenance man to fix it (btw all the spare keys did not work) so he had to pry the door open with a crowbar, then was informed that this has been done before and running problem, replacing the dying batteries in the lock did not fix the problem. My kids were scared to stay that last night because he was able to break in :( nothing like 3 hours of sleep before a long drive home. For all my troubles, I was refunded 100 :( Dont recommend
