Sweet Retreat - Unit 3504 - Mountain View Condos

We enjoyed our quick fall break stay. The condo is perfect for a family wanting more room than what a hotel offers. Communication with the host was excellent. Everything was clean for the most part (windows and blinds could use a cleaning) and beds were comfortable. We did find a couple of dirty dishes in the cabinet but guessing that was from a previous guest. Not the owner's fault. Also not sure if there was supposed to be a blow dryer but we could not find one. Minor inconvenience. Even though the condo is close to everything, it is tucked back off the main road so it is quiet which is nice. Perfect for a family with young kids having an indoor,outdoor pool and playground area. Parking lot had plenty of parking. Nice walking trail and enjoyed the view from the balcony. Nice bonus with the free ticket to Dollywood! Would recommend staying here.

Positive: Pool…. View was decent….location is great Negative: Beds are so uncomfortable pillows are flat very old bedding Elevator was broke most of the trip going up and down flights of stairs was horrible especially for the 2 older family members with us . Floors definitely needed a good cleaning.

Would love to stay again for our next visit in October! Positive: Location was great! Loved the outdoor activities for the kids! Indoor swimming pool was great! Negative: Mom was afraid of heights so the fifth floor was hard for her.

The condo was great for our family. We definitely would stay here again.
