Positive: Location was great! Loved the outdoor activities for the kids! Indoor swimming pool was great!
Negative: Mom was afraid of heights so the fifth floor was hard for her.

Fan in guest bedroom couldn’t turn off light.
Toilet seat in main bathroom was broken.
Kitchen floor was sticky.
Fireplace couldn’t be turned on.
Soundbar for tv couldn’t adjust volume.

Close to Parkway
Great little get away. Very close to Parkway, approx. (15 min with some traffic) to Dollywood. Pretty view, very quiet. Owner was very quick to respond.
