Playtime Retreat- Unit 2705 - Mountain View Condos

Great place to stay! Conveniently located and the free tickets were an extra bonus! Loved everything about it and look forward to staying again.

We found our unit in a great location. It was spacious and well maintained. Cleanliness was good. Plan to consider this unit in future stays to the area.

Condo - AHost - FNice condo and as advertised. The complex is a tad old and run down (Missing ceiling panels in hallway, beat up elevator, etc.) but acceptable overall. Clean, fully stocked, comfortable bed, and great view. The unit does not offer any security when inside, only the external access keypad. There was a cheap broken chain lock with exposed 1" screws falling out. I requested the host fix and she ignored my request and just told me not to worry and no one had the access code. Considering that there was only a exterior door key access lock and separate key lock-box on the outside door and TN's high crime rate, the host’s dismissal of my request showed a lack of concern for guest safety forcing me to prop a chair against the door while inside.Every hotel room or rental I have ever been to offers inside security lock for the guest. Only recommended if host fixes problem offers future guest secure inside lock.
