Unit 3403 - Mountain View Condos

We’ve stayed several times. The condo is always clean and has lots of room. We love both pools and the hot tub. The view of the mountains is amazing. You’re just far enough from the main strip to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to get to all the activities. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend. The condo was clean, comfortable, and as described. One thing that really stood out was the exceptional customer service. We unexpectedly arrived much later than planned, and the door code we were given wasn't working. I called Traci in the middle of the night, and she answered right away and got us inside within a few minutes. We truly appreciated how kind, responsive, and helpful she was, especially at such a late hour. That level of care made all the difference after a long day of traveling with littles. We also loved the guest book and enjoyed reading about everyone else's experiences. We would havr left our own note before checking out, but the pages were full. It might be worth adding a few more pages or starting a new guest book so future guests can continue sharing their memories. The only other thing we noticed was that we weren't able to get the advertised free attraction offer to work. We may have simply missed a step, so it wasn't a big deal for us, but it might be worth checking to make sure it's working properly for future guests who are hoping to take advantage of that perk.Overall, we had a great stay and would book again. Thank you, Traci, for your wonderful hospitality!
