Hawks Nest - Unit 5707 - Mountain View Condos

Our family had a lovely visit! Positive: Everything Negative: N/A

Very pleasant! Positive: The pool was very nice! Condo was super nice with plenty of space! My only opinion as I’m a professional cleaner would be to make sure to dust!! But we will definitely stay again!

Positive: The unit was awesome and well maintained. The views from the balcony were fantastic. The Family really enjoyed the stay. Negative: The access to the unit was by codes sent electronically from the managing company, therefore there was no face to face interaction. What was unacceptable is that we were accused of breaking one of the in-room TVs when it was already broken when we arrived. They sent a demand to pay the damage through Booking.com, even suggesting how the damage was made !!! Rather than asking if the TV was functional when we arrived. This experience had us rethink booking places that are virtually managed.

The condo was perfect! Positive: The condo was clean, it had everything we we needed and the location was perfect! Negative: I can’t think of anything.

Positive: Views were lovely. Fixed up so nice. Much nicer than the other condo i stayed at in the same complex. Love the outdoor facilities with basketball hoop and pools. On the top floor which my kids loved!
