Thank you for a great property that worked out well for us. Its located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood which worked out great for us. We fished at night so slept during the day. A couple of things to note. The house is great!! Beds are comfortable and we had plenty of room and supplies. Property is on the water, but back of a long cove. One of my favorites to fish actually. But where home is the water is pretty shallow. You will NOT be able to swim off of this dock. This did not affect our trip as we weren't there to swim. We have shallow drafting bass boats and were able to slowly ease in and dock. If you have a deeper drafting boat like a bow rider, center console or ski boat you will not be able to access this dock. NOTHING negative about the home if you aren't planning on swimming. My only recommendation to the owner/ manager is a new can opener and written directions for the microwave. Maybe a welcome book with local information, directions on appliances and the checkout procedures. We only had 4 guest and we made the best of our time there. The gas grill was in like new condition had a tank and a spare full tank. We didn't use the washer dryer. If you bring a full 8 and plan on cooking big meals, bring an extra pot or 2. There are pots, but I am sure like most rentals its hard to not have people take or destroy things in the house. For us, there was plenty. I try to give unbiased and fair reviews. Property is easy to access by car or truck. You don't need 4 wheel drive and the circle driveway makes it really easy to pull in and unload. We had 4 pickups and a bass boat behind each one. PLENTY of room to park. The neighbors 2 furbabies were def barkers if you were out in the front, but were as sweet as could be. Owners were nice and friendly as well. No issues and if available plan on booking next time we fish Sinclair. NOTE probably not 2025 as that is a lake drawdown year. Also plan on booking a mountain property soon too!!
