The location was good for visiting GCSU, but the house needs love. Property is worn and needs painting, dated and in need of general maintenance. It has a nice lake view and dock was new. The guest bathroom floor was dirty. The towels were mismatched and stained. The master bed sheets had long hairs on the pillows and sheets. Almost like it was slept in.

Work great for use
This was a great stay in Eatonton. My group was there for work from out of town. The rates are better than staying in a hotel, motel. Plus being able to cook and not eating out every meal helped. The neighborhood is very quiet. We did not bring anything to fish with, but the property has lake access. Everything was very clean and organized.
