Brother Bear - Unit 3107 - Mountain View Condos

The Brother Bear - Unit 3107 - Mountain View Condos was one of the worse places I have ever stayed. The cleanliness was not satisfactory. The Condo smelled musky and the air vents were rusty. The beds did not have adequate box springs or mattress frames. The bed linens were not fresh and had some stains on them. The beds were poorly made up. Showers were small and one had a slow drain causing the water to back up when showering. The main bathroom had a child size toilet. The towels were not plush and fresh. This Condo needs a lot of attention to details and much repair.

This unit should not have been rented until repairs were made. The master room bed had broken slats resulting in a deep depression in the middle of the bed. The microwave oven had a broken door that would not close. The dishwasher was damaged and did not work properly. The shower floors were dirty looking. Other than that, we enjoyed the location and the layout of this facility.

Easy access to unit. Unit was decently clean. The mattress (king) in the back bedroom is in dire need of replacement- middle of the mattress sinks in something terrible… terrible night’s sleep.

The host was very cordial and accommodating.

The unit was beautiful and clean! It was in the perfect location. It was right off the pigeon forge strip and close to everything. We were blessed that it sat back far enough so that we could get some sleep during the loud car show that went all hours of the night. We had a great trip and made the most of our time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going during any car show event in the future. The traffic was horrible and the car show crowd drove dangerously and loud. We know many people that had their entire trip ruined by the slammed enough car show. We felt blessed to be staying in the brother bear unit where we were able to get a little sleep. I would definitely stay in the unit again but i will make sure there are no car shows going on.
